WATCH: Chaos Erupts as Man Is Apprehended Behind KTLA Live Report

( KTLA — As reported by KTLA’s Carlos Herrera on Saturday morning, previous night’s shooting At a college campus in Inglewood, law enforcement officials apprehended an individual off-site.

“At this moment, things are still developing,” Herrera stated at 8:04 a.m., as officers exited their patrol vehicles behind him.

The officers seemed to have rifles in their possession; however, it's uncertain whether these were less lethal weapons.

KTLA contacted the Los Angeles Police Department regarding the event. According to the department, their officers were pursuing what was believed to be a stolen car near the intersection of Aviation and Century Boulevards.

The individual whose identity is still unknown was apprehended "without any complications."

Herrera saw the suspect, apparently a man, getting out of the car with his hands up. He subsequently lay down on the pavement as the police handcuffed him.

It remains uncertain whether he was carrying weapons. Additional information wasn’t readily provided at this time.

The detention did not stem from Friday’s shooting incident, where two individuals were admitted to the hospital.
