MEMPHIS, Tenn. — The police have issued an alert for a missing 14-year-old as of Tuesday.

The Memphis Police Department reports that Jaylen Croft was last observed walking in the 8400 block of Bazemore in Cordova on April 30.

It is mentioned that Croft has a medical issue and requires treatment.

The individual was last observed at 2:52 p.m., dressed in a white Polo shirt, khaki trousers, and black Puma footwear.
