According to prosecutors, Woodbury allegedly exposed himself once more by lowering his trousers when the crew member refused to provide additional alcohol.

The prosecutor stated that the flight attendant instructed Woodbury, "That’s enough, return to your seat."

Woodbury is additionally accused of instructing one of the flight attendants to go on a cruise with him prior to making what prosecutors described as an "obscene hand gesture."

Should he be found guilty, Woodbury could potentially be sentenced to as many as two years behind bars, stated the U.S. Attorney’s Office.
