Violent Femmes and TSO Rock the Night at Word of South 2025

To begin the yearly Word of South festival in Tallahassee, the folk punk group Violent Femmes performed live for a fully booked audience at Adderley Amphitheater located in Cascades Park.

Their performance featured the Tallahassee Symphony Orchestra playing orchestral versions of their eponymous first album.

The ensemble played popular tunes from their record such as "Blister in the Sun," "Gone Daddy Gone," and "Add It Up." Numerous spectators moved closer to the stage and joined in with the dancing.
