A thrilling sight for snow coach passengers in Yellowstone National Park is sharing the road with massive bison.
A viral video, credited to David Wall via Viral Hog, shows over a dozen bison charging at a snowcat and providing an exhilarating experience for the awestruck riders.
"Are they going to hit our car?" a tourist asks in the video.
A bison passes around the snowcoach but bumps into it slightly as it navigates its passage.
Yellowstone is home to around 5,000 bison and they often use roads as a convenient route during the winter, which means interactions with them aren't uncommon. Nevertheless, sightings with bison stampeding are quite rare.

Adult bison, weighing anywhere from 1,000 to 2,000 pounds, can reach speeds of up to 30 miles per hour, making them appear incredibly intimidating as they charge towards you with a great deal of energy.
