Ukraine's warning to Russia and the United States

The Kremlin has sent Sergei Lavrov, the Foreign Minister, to negotiate an end to the war in Ukraine and facilitate a personal summit between Vladimir Putin and Donald Trump.

Today, Mr. Lavrov stated the Russian government has no plans to relinquish control of the Ukrainian territories it currently occupies.
