This Rosso Fuji Livery For the Moto Guzzi V85TT Is Pure Eye Candy
It's inspired by the red Fuji scenery of Japan.
Guzzi is undoubtedly one of the pioneers of the motorcycle world. Since 1921, the Italian brand has been producing bikes that are as distinctive as they are iconic. Unlike other brands that follow the latest fashions, Guzzi stays true to what makes them special: transverse V-twins, shaft drives, and a heap of personality.
, always keeping that classic Italian spirit alive. So yeah, suffice it to say that if you’re into motorcycles with a rich history to share, Moto Guzzi is the place to be.
In 2019, Moto Guzzi suddenly burst onto the adventure bike scene – and I reckon that was a real game-changer. Because while other brands were pushing the boundaries with bigger, faster, and more high-tech bikes, Guzzi was like, "Fair dinkum, let's keep it simple." And that's exactly what they did.
The V85 TT isn't about having heaps of horsepower or fancy electronics. It's all about feeling connected to the bike. It sticks with the old-school way and uses an air-cooled 853cc V-twin engine. Power goes to the rear wheel through a shaft drive, which is low maintenance – you don't need to worry about it unless something goes wrong or you get into a bit of a scrape and damage the drivetrain. In terms of design, the V85 TT is a solid mix of classic and modern styles with a bit of extra toughness thrown in.
This edition's colour scheme is a tribute to Japan's famous Red Fuji, yes, the one featured in those iconic Hokusai paintings that immediately spring to mind when you think of Japan. It's got a bright red frame, two-tone graphics – it's definitely a real showstopper.
But it's more than just a ripper of a paint job. According to Japanese culture, Red Fuji represents strength, transformation, and resilience – all things that chime in with Guzzi's philosophy. Plus, Guzzi's got a solid fan base in Japan, so this is a bit of a love letter to their blokes over there.

Now, if you're wondering what's changed in terms of specs and features—spoiler alert: not much, and that's actually a good thing. The V85 TT still fires up the same air-cooled, 853cc V-twin, but now with variable valve timing to boost efficiency and add a bit of extra power. It churns out 80 horsepower at 7,750 rpm and 61 Newton-metres of torque at 5,100 rpm, which isn't enough to blow your face off, but plenty for adventure riding.
You still get the steel tube frame, spoked wheels with tubeless tyres, and a 23-litre fuel tank that lets you keep going when others have to fill up. Plus, Moto Guzzi chucked in an IMU-powered safety system, so it's got just the right amount of modern tech without losing its old-school charm.
So, if you're into adventure bikes and want something that's a cut above the rest, this one's worth checking out. Whether you're a long-time Guzzi enthusiast or just someone who loves a bike with a bit of personality, the V85 TT Rosso Fuji is a machine that's sure to grab your attention. The best news is that it doesn't seem to be an exclusive release to Japan, so Guzzi fans all around the world will soon be able to get their hands on it.
