We analyzed 100 American cities based on three main factors: climate, affordability, and community, and ranked the top 25 cities where seniors can escape the winter to live.

Cape Coral, situated on the Gulf of Mexico in southwest Florida, stood at the top in the community category due to its substantial population of people aged 60 or older. The city also performed well in terms of safety, with Retirement Living stating that it has the second- and third-lowest violent and property crime rates.
