Philadelphia Eagles Make Jalen Hurts Decision For NFC Championship Amid Knee Injury

The Eagles are scheduled to face the Washington Commanders at Lincoln Financial Field on Sunday afternoon in the NFC Championship Game. The Commanders come into the game having played well on offense recently.

The Eagles' offense was firing on all cylinders, so it was crucial that quarterback Hurts was available and healthy to take on the hungry Washington team.

On Thursday. In accordance with Friday's injury report, Hurts was a full participant, and Philadelphia removed the star quarterback from Sunday's injury report for the game against the Commanders. The Eagles will start Hurts against the Commanders.
The Philadelphia Eagles listed wide receiver Britain Covey as questionable for the game. Also listed as questionable is offensive lineman Cam Jurgens. In addition, linebacker Byron Young will not play due to injury.
Hurts threw for 2,903 yards, 18 touchdowns, and five interceptions during the regular season. He threw for 128 yards against the Rams. In the wild card, he threw for 131 yards and two touchdowns in the Eagles' 22-10 win over the Green Bay Packers.
Philadelphia is likely to heavily involve running back Saquon Barkley in their game against the Commanders.
