Costco swapping out Pepsi products at food courts, CEO confirms
A major transformation is underway at its food courts - rest assured, the popular $1.50 hot dog and soda combo is being kept intact.
Pepsi is replacing its soda products with Coca-Cola at its fountains.
A switch to something is scheduled to occur during the summer months.
For over a decade, you could find Pepsi at the fountains in every Costco food court across the country. Before 2013, however, it was Coca-Cola products that were another popular choice among customers who also enjoyed chicken bakes and hot dogs.
The rumor really made their whole day.

The combo had been priced at $1.50 since the mid-1980s. However, comments made by the company's former Chief Financial Officer, Richard Galanti, brought up uncertainty about the item's future.
The $1.50 combo's price might only be "probably safe for a while" after his leaving and moving on.
For now, at least, the combo's affordable price will stay the same, but you'll just have a different choice of soda to go with the quarter-pound all-beef hot dog.
Customers called it an "all-time disaster" and one of the "saddest" moments of their lives.
